REFUND POLICIES
The policy of the NEW JERSEY FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE is to issue no refunds after opening day. Prior to the registration deadline of Sunday, February 25th, a refund of the registration fee minus a $20 administrative fee will be issued. After February 25th, a refund of the registration fee minus the cancellation fee and $30 ($50 for custom jerseys) will be issued since a non-returnable jersey order has been placed (jerseys may be picked up). In the event that the season must be cancelled, credits will be provided for another season or a refund will be provided (minus a $20 administrative fee).
PRIVACY POLICY
NEW JERSEY FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE only collects personal information when you request our services and only uses the information collected to provide those services for you. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your order. NEW JERSEY FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality.
THIRD PARTIES
Any personal information provided will not be traded, rented, sold or otherwise shared with anyone outside of NEW JERSEY FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE, or used for reasons beyond those contemplated in this statement.
