Our program combines football skill development with NFL flag football games.  
Schedules are subject to change (by one hour earlier or later) based on registration numbers per division.  No size or weight restrictions are in play.

DATES (Sundays):
September 13, 20  (No Session September 27th due to Delbarton Open House)
October 4, 11, 18, 25
November 1, 8 (weather make-up on November 15)

Phase 1 (Week 1): Pre-season / skill development period.  Coaches will work with players to develop skills in passing, receiving, ball handling, snapping, pass coverage - as well as many other areas.  Teams are formed, and the rules of NFL Flag Football will be taught.

Phase 2 (Weeks 2-6): Regular NFL Flag Season.  Each team will play one game per Sunday.  Field changes may be necessary depending on division sizes.

Phase 3 (Weeks 7-8): Playoff tournament - Teams will be seeded based upon regular season records with top four teams entering a playoff bracket.  All other teams will play competitive games vs. teams with similar records.

Two methods of team formation are used:

1) Team Request: Register as part of a "pre-formed" team.  Each player will need to register online independently, but will indicate on the registration form that they are a a part of a pre-formed team.  Each pre-formed team can have a maximum of 12 players.  

2)  Individual: Register as an "independent".  Teams will be formed from the pool of independent registrants.  You may ask to be placed with a friend or to be on a specific coach's team but we cannot guarantee all requests due to team size limitations.  If you do not provide any specifications, you will be placed on any team with availability.
